Slide into one of the rocking chairs on the charming, southern front porch for some quiet time. There are 3 King Master Suites with elegant bathrooms. Still, this home’s biggest attraction is the exceptional outdoor area with a stone patio, *a heated pool and spa, and a lit putting green & chipping green. The poolside pavilion has comfy island-inspired furniture, a fire pit, and a 65-inch TV that you can watch from the spa! The lower level of the home was recently remodeled and has a screened porch with a cozy hanging daybed. The newly expanded game room on that ground floor will keep everyone entertained with another 65-inch TV, a gaming table, ping-pong, and a dartboard. The beach is just a short sandy stroll away!
