The gated community complex has every amenity imaginable - four pools, tennis court, shuffleboard, kayak launch, and golf putting range. Residents will have access to the gym, sauna, poker room, ping pong, billiards, art studio, and woodshop. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second, two twin-sized beds and a queen inflatable mattress is available.
The patio overlooks the boat canal to Sarasota Bay where you can lay on the sofa and read a book or sit and drink your coffee. There are TVs in each room and cable and wireless Internet are included.
