This property features a Stand-alone Carriage House, private 2 story unit featuring an open floor plan with an eat in kitchen, living room, full bath, private deck & a brand new addition of a 2nd bedroom on the main/first floor. The upper level features a full size bath, 2 Queen Beds w/ half wall for partial separation. A semi-handicapped walk-in shower w/ bench is on main floor. This unit sleeps 6 & can accommodate 8 people w/a comfortable queen size pull out sofa bed.
The Space:
Fully furnished with linens, livingroom and kitchen ammenities. This Carriage House is located on Genesee Street a short walk (1 mile), bike or drive to the center of the village just minutes away. If you're looking for a rental property that is convenient to the village and can accommodate your group or family with all the amenities of home you've come to the right place! The entire property compound has two other buildings with accommodations (a 1 bed/1 bath Upper unit with a 2 bed/2 bath lower unit in a separate building next door). Also on this same property is a third building- a 5 bed/4 bath house. All buildings combined, (4 units, 3 buildings) will be able to accommodate 30 people (maximum). While the Village itself doesn’t permit them, this property is just a 15-20 minute walk to the village center, offering both proximity and flexibility
The Neighborhood:
1 mile to Downtown Village Center & Lake. ***Please note- The Village of Skaneateles disallowed all short-term vacation rentals in 2015. This is one of the closest properties located in the township where you can still walk to the village. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. (95% of this walk is on the sidewalk)
