First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund. The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. * Pool can be heated upon request, Heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature with the max temperature set to 85 degrees, please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler the pool may not be able to be heated to a warm enough temperature. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay.
