The Space:
Each (adjacent) townhouse is three floors along with two rooftop patios! There are enough beds for large groups and families of up to 20. The kitchens have all new appliances and are stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and coffee makers. The living rooms are very spacious and equipped with large TVs, perfect for watching big games or spending time with your group during your stay. These townhouses are centrally located and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to wherever you want to go!
**PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely NO decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures or furniture. Failure to follow this will result in a fine!

Located in Nashville’s newest up-and-coming neighborhood. Very close to many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, fitness & shopping. Only a short Uber to Marathon Village and popular destination neighborhoods The Gulch, 12 South, midtown and less than 3 miles from Bridgestone Arena and the honky-tonks of Broadway
Getting Around:
Our home comes with a single car garage, and free on-street parking. Lyft and Ubers are both readily available and very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go!
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $400. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!
