Lower level has another master suite with king bed, movie theater, bathroom, second laundry. Office desk in all rooms. Lower level has door lock so it’s private.
Huge backyard backs green belt. Swings, kids rock climbing, monkey bars.
1 Portable AC.
Prime/Max/Disney+/WIFI all included.
Dedicated office room at lower level with executive Mahogany desk. Exercise bike too! Can use as additional bedroom if required. (Make special request for single Air mattress for an additional fee instead of exercise bike). Each room has a work desk. There is also a work area in laundry room.

Absolutely no smoking in house or patio. No parties or loud music allowed in neighborhood. No climbing on fruit trees as branches will break.
Sunroom will get chilly in winter.
July to Sept - Cover for gazebo in backyard and two hammocks will be fixed only in summer.
Fruits can be plucked without climbing trees. Cherry in July. Plum in Aug and grapes in Sept/October.
Year long - Backyard has swings, monkey bar and kids rock climbing and can be used year long.
