The house has a reverse floor plan. The top floor has tons of windows with great views from the front and rear decks. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area that seats at least 10, a living room, a sun room and a full bath with a shower on this level as well.
The living area has a 50" 4K UHD Smart Roku TV with Cable, DVD and WII system with games. There are also plenty of board games, card games, puzzles and books available for your entertainment as well. Wireless Internet access is also provided.
Downstairs the Master Suite has a King size bed, a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower, private deck, and 32" Samsung smart TV with cable. The 2nd bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and deck with ocean and sound views. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and deck with ocean and sound views. A full bathroom and laundry room with washer/dryer are also on this floor.
