Cable/ high speed Internet with premium channels and DVR(BR) and new 62 inch flat screen in LR and flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and kitchen. 2 car garage with 3rd space for golf cart parking with newer electric doors.Plenty of parking within complex for guest. 4 community pools-heated all year long. Nearest community pool only several townhouses away. Property sits on 4th fairway of Pete Dye-Westin resort golf course with Northeast mountain views. All utilities paid ($250 cap month on gas per month) and housekeeping every three weeks included. Pool cleaning twice weekly included and gardening in side courtyard every month included. Newer king mattress in upstairs and downstairs master with Twin Sleeper Sofa in upstairs master, living room memory foam queen sleeper and double sleeper in 3rd bedroom.
