Welcome to Mi PiCasa! My beautiful condo is located on the beach with beachfront and rooftop pools, a gym, and a large balcony for relaxing and watching the whales. The master has a king bed and bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds that can become a king, and a bathroom. There is a flex room with a pullout couch (full) and television. 1/2 bath in the hallway. This condo is almost 1800 sq. feet and feels very spacious whether staying long- or short-term. High speed internet, UTube TV, Netflix and Disney channels. Reverse osmosis filtered water in the kitchen faucet and the ice maker, and a propane grill on the balcony. A 15-minute walk to the center of Bucerias for dining, shopping and other nightlife. Mar Azul is a boutique condo project with only 24 units located at the north end of Bucerias. This condo is located on the fifth floor with maximum views of La Cruz and Puerto Vallarta. Completed in 2023, it has every modern amenity including a full kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. Enjoy a relaxing day on the beach, with a leisurely swim in the pools or ocean, a work-out, and then meander into town for a delicious dinner. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE HIGH SEASON MONTHS, WE RENT FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS (NOV-MARCH). 4 guest maximum.
