The family room and dining room offer plenty of space for guests to comfortably gather. The sliding doors that face the water lead to a wrap-around deck. Additionally on this floor, there is a full bathroom with a seamless and lavish shower, washer & dryer, and the master suite.
The wide spiral staircase leads to the lower level that is perfect for additional guests as there is a half bath, additional sleeping quarters, and a secondary family room. This level also has a sliding door that leads to a stone patio and the fully enclosed outdoor shower.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
