No expense was spared in the complete remodel of this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath luxury townhouse-style condo. The floor-to-ceiling remodel features high-end flooring, new fixtures, cabinetry, appliances, and furnishings. The main floor features one bedroom with a 1-queen sized bed and a flat-screen monitor, a half bath with a pedestal sink, a fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, ceramic tile flooring, Fisher and Paykel refrigerator/freezer, matching Fisher and Paykel double drawer dishwasher, Jenn Air range/oven, plus a GE microwave oven...all in stainless, of course! The living room leather seating, a dining table for four, a flat-screen monitor, a breathtaking House of Fire gas fireplace encased in marble, and a walk-out balcony with forested views. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another flat screen monitor, tiled 3/4 bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on three sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas, a children's play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Remember your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
