Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service.
A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for race teams). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
