The house is equipped with central ac, cable+wifi and a full kitchen with breakfast nook. The backyard is enclosed with deck and sunbathing area making it a perfect space for entertaining guests or just enjoying quality time with the family.
Property is well maintained, The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster oven, and keurig coffee machine. All bedrooms have new beds, mattresses, and night stands. In the backyard there is a deck with a set of patio furniture with umbrellas and a full size heated pool along with sunbathing chairs to help you enjoy the quiet atmosphere and soak up the sun. Landscaping is carried out once a week in addition to the pool cleaning. There is also a two car attached garage with additional refrigerator that allows you a more convenient routine when heading out to the beaches and town.
*There is a $250 weekly deposit required at time of booking for use of the pool heater. Whatever propane is not used will be credited back to the guest within two weeks after checkout.
*Maid service will be provided once per week during stays at $250 per visit
