Summary: 1. The carpet was filthy. 2. I requested an iron since the one in the room was broken. It never came. House keeping replaced towels but did not make the beds. 3. There was no hot water in building on Tuesday. 4. On the last day of our stay, there was mildew on the bed, under the headboard of the bed near the window and next to the night table.
