This unit is in a great location! Located in Shaw, this unit is a 15-20 minute walk to the DC Convention Center. There are 2 metro stations in walking distance to the unit (about 4 blocks/a 15-20 minute walk to each), 2 bus stops right outside of the apartment and free street parking. There are many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood within a 3 to 8 blocks radius.
This unit is a well lit one bedroom/one bathroom basement apartment with a kitchen and full laundry.
There is a queen bed and a convertible futon.
