You’ll be just a short stroll from Kingsway’s amazing food scene but tucked away on a peaceful residential street — the best of both worlds.
🛏 Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds with fresh linens and cozy bedding to help you feel at home. One room also has a dedicated workspace, perfect if you need to catch up on emails or work remotely during your stay. A BabyBjörn Pack ’n Play is available upon request for families traveling with little ones.
🍽 Kitchen & Dining:
We’ve set up a well equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee machine . The dining table extends, so there’s room for family dinners or a fun board game night.

✨ Our Cleaning Approach
We care about creating a healthy, comfortable space for your stay. We use low-tox, unscented, natural cleaning products throughout the suite, from the floors to the bedding. To help keep the air fresh and clean, there are air purifiers in each room. We strive to make the environment as gentle as possible, so the space stays comfortable without strong fragrances or harsh chemicals.
👶 Family-Friendly Touches:
Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered, there’s a Pack ’n Play, toddler slide, toys and children’s books to keep them happy. Kid utensils and dishes are available too if you need them.
🌿 Outdoor Space:
The outdoor area is shared and you’re very welcome to enjoy it anytime — it’s a lovely spot for your morning coffee or to let the kids play for a bit. You might occasionally see us outside too, but we’re always respectful of your space (and happy to say hello if you’d like!).

This unit is located beneath the main floor of the house so foot traffic can be heard frequently. We do our best to reduce the noise whenever there are guests but it’s not always possible as we have a toddler living with us. Earplugs and sound machine are provided.
We also have 2 friendly small hypoallergenic dogs in our unit. Shedding is very minimal but our unit might not be good for people with dog allergies.
There is no laundry facilities in this suite; weekly towel / bedding refresh can be provided upon request.
The suite does not currently have AC but it tends to stay quite cool in there in the summer as it is at the ground level. We do also provide fans if needed.
