Situated near Washington State Fair, this home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5bathrooms, 1 living room with big screen TV, a dining area, a large kitchen with brand new appliances, and a laundry room. Whether hanging out in our large backyard with a barbecue grill watching movies in the family room, our home is a great retreat while being just minutes from the restaurants, shops, the hospital, and being 2-3 minutes walking distance to the Washington State Fairgrounds and 30 seconds away from the freeway. Outside of house there is exterior camera with surveillance at all time. This is to protect guests from intruders as well as to protect property.
