Summary: The room itself was great - quiet and comfortable. The internet is HORRIBLE - very slow, dropped frequently, wouldn't work from the bed, and we were told we were in the "best" room for internet. That was the deal-breaker, and only reason we'll never return. Also, there are no human beings working at the front desk - it's a screen where a person is seen and can see you (like Facetime or Zoom). Very bizarre.
