Summary: The property was beautiful and very clean, and most of the staff were wonderful and welcoming. Upon arrival, there was some initial confusion as my reservation did not appear in the system, even though I had a confirmed booking through Orbitz. While this was eventually resolved, it made the check-in experience a bit stressful. The staff at the gate were not very friendly, and I found myself a little lost due to the minimal signage (which I actually appreciate aesthetically). However, there was no anticipatory service—no one stopped to ask if we needed help or directions. I would also suggest the use of earpieces so guests are not exposed to ongoing radio communications. That said, the rest of the experience was excellent. The rooms were extremely clean, the majority of the staff were fantastic, and I absolutely loved the property dogs. Thank you as well for providing Tesla chargers—a great and appreciated touch. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, and we will definitely be back.
