The Pointe offers a kayak launch for its' units, situated steps to the well renowned Matunuck Oyster Bar, and a short stroll to East Matunuck State Beach. Please note that the kayak launch is directly in front of this property.

The family room and dining room offer plenty of space for guests to comfortably gather. The sliding doors that face the water lead to a wrap-around deck with gorgeous and comfortable outdoor furniture, and of course, a gas grill. Additionally on this floor, there is a full bathroom with a seamless and lavish shower, washer & dryer, and two bedrooms that have a queen size bed in each.
The wide spiral staircase leads to the lower level that is perfect for additional guests as there is a half bath, 2 sets of bunkbeds (total of 4 full-size beds), and a secondary family room. This level also has a sliding door that leads to a stone patio and the fully enclosed outdoor shower.
House conveniently provides 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard and 4 beach chairs!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee and all applicable state and local tax.
