Positive: Location fantastic. Quietness, Cleanliness, and room setup.

Negative: Valet was not easy to access (errors with the text options, QR, and when going downstairs to ask in-person confusion among staff and long wait to receive car). Thermostat was confusing.

Summary: As expected, would prefer better valet service for the price of the valet/parking fee.
