This beautiful modern industrial-styled two-bedroom two bath signature property features a distinctive blend of modern style with period Hollywood movie glamour. A view from the Capitol Records building over the endless sparkling lights of Los Angeles all the way to the ocean is framed by fifty+ linear feet of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass panels that open up to reveal the view that dreams are made of.
New appliances including the latest refrigerator from LG with built-in television and weather info center and computer with gourmet recipe guide, custom lighting including classic Hollywood studio lights customized with color-changing LED modules create a theatrical environment where everyday life takes on the magical quality of a movie of your own design. Currently, there is no outdoor patio for this home, but the living room glass walls slide open, giving the home an outdoor/indoor feeling to the home. Please note that this home is not at street level - it is below another of our rentals in a duplex situation. Otherwise, the homes are completely separate with independent living areas and entrances. It is necessary to go through a gate at street level and go down a metal staircase to access the front door to this home. There is no separate outdoor patio or deck area to the home. Utilities charged on rentals of 30 days or longer.
