Summary: The reason for the poor review is that the staff at front desk let homeless in whom helped themselves to breakfast buffet and coffee station. It is unsanitary and not fair to paying customers. Its not a public place as the woman at front desk told me. Thats ridiculous! I didnt pay to eat at a soup kitchen.
