Welcome to The Lemon Tree in Rancho Mirage, "The Playground of Presidents" and golf lovers' haven. This beautifully appointed home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in the upscale Tamarisk neighborhood. Recently purchased and completely refurnished and updated, this 4 bedroom home offers all the conveniences and comforts you expect in a luxury rental property.

As soon as you enter, the inviting atmosphere says "home" rather than "rental" - simply because it is! Comfortable high-quality furnishings contribute to this spirit, as do the fully equipped kitchen with fine china, high-end cookware, and new small appliances.

The manicured grounds embrace a large pool and spa, with lounge, large natural-gas barbecue, 6-seat dining, and comfortable sitting area under a soaring shade sail, all dramatically lit for late evening entertaining and enjoyment. Pool floating loungers and plastic dinner and glassware are also provided. Mature lemon, orange and grapefruit trees grace the side yards. The pool-patio-side yard area is completely and securely fenced and 100% private.

The 2,000 SF interior features a large living room/dining room with, den/media area, four bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The home is bathed in light, with California shutters along the front, south-facing side, and newly installed electronic roll-up shades along the north (patio) and west (bedrooms) sides.

The media room includes a 55-inch flat screen TV with Roku, Hulu, Netflix, DVD player, etc.; and wetbar with a full set of bar and glassware. The vivid red Arne Jacobsen "Egg Chair" is a dramatic focal point, as is the glowing gas fireplace on a cooler winter's evening. The media room, and the adjacent kitchen dining nook, open directly to the pool and patio area.

New luxurious mattresses, linens and hypoallergenic pillows and duvets and modern whisper-quiet ceiling fans have been provided in each bedroom. The Master bedroom, with open walkout to the patio and pool, has a king bed and a 49" television with Roku, Hulu, Netflix etc. The walk-in closet is spacious and well organized and lit. The large en-suite bath has a soaker tub with full patio view, separate shower and double sinks.

The Queen Bedroom has a pair of side tables with twin reading lamps, a 49" television with Roku, Hulu, Netflix, etc.; and a spacious closet. A full bath with combination tub/shower connects this room to the adjacent Twin Bedroom with two adult-quality extra-long twin beds, shared night stand, and twin reading lamps.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and built-in desk for all of your business needs. Wireless printer available for use.

A separate laundry room has large-capacity washer and dryer and laundry sink connects directly into the oversized double garage.

Meeting with our property manager to check-in is required due to city ordinance in Rancho Mirage. We will reach out to coordinate your arrival time prior to your stay. Please note that check-in is only allowed from 4pm - 7pm. Check-ins after 7pm in the evening can be accommodated on a limited basis.

The Lemon Tree is located in a prime location which is just minutes away from world class championship golf courses, restaurants, unique shops and the famous El Paseo high end shopping district. Living Desert Zoo, Wet & Wild Water Park, and the Childrens Discovery Museum are activities that are a short distance away for entire family to enjoy. In addition, it is only 20 minutes drive to the popular Downtown Palm Springs. It's also located conveniently to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, ANA Inspiration Golf Championship (previously Kraft Nabisco Championship), and the Coachella Music Festival.

We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the city may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

Please note that the house is equipped with an indoor and outdoor decibel meter to ensure that there is no excessive noise. We live in a very quiet neighborhood and want to do our best to ensure that our guests are being respectful and not violating the city noise ordinance.

Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the property grounds. This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other smoking device. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or odors.

​​​​​​​Only 3 cars can be parked on-site, so please plan accordingly. This neighborhood does NOT allow on-street parking OVERNIGHT. All cars must be parked in the garage or driveway. Only 2 cars can be in the driveway at a time.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time;
Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM-8AM;
No smoking allowed;
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed to in writing;
Be mindful of street parking restrictions;
Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated;
If the neighbors are disturbed, owner reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund;
No glass containers may be used near the pool.
Tenant must maintain all property and furnishings in good order;
Tenant may only use appliances for their intended use;
Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property;
All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter;
Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit;
Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home;
All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins.
All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and started upon departure.
The A/C thermostat may not be lowered under 72 degrees Fahrenheit.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00PM. Early check-in may be available upon request. Please ask your Customer Experience team for the cost as it varies per property. Check-out time is 10:00AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, so please contact host for cost and availability.
Please note that these times are strictly enforced, and that arriving before 4pm or checking out after 10am without prior approval is against our policies.

Security Deposit / Additional Costs
If applicable to your reservation, the security deposit will be used at the sole discretion of host to pay for the restoration of the property to its original move-in conditions (outside of other normal wear and tear). Additional costs include but are not limited to: cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, removing excessive garbage, repairing or replacing any part of the premises, its contents, common areas and recreational facilities for damage caused after your move-in. In the event that said deposit is insufficient, you agree to allow host to charge your credit card on file to pay the additional costs or we may send you an invoice that is payable in full upon receipt. If all terms and conditions of the agreement are fulfilled, the deposit will be returned in full within 21 business days after guest departure.

Repairs and Maintenance
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs/DVD Players or pools/spas. Please report any inoperative equipment to host promptly. Host will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given phone instructions by an Host property associate, a maintenance service professional will be dispatched.
NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE HOST WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS WE MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. Host will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.

No Smoking Policy
All properties are non-smoking. Violation of the no smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or any odors.

Good Neighbor Policy
You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a "Good Neighbor Policy". You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an initial $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, but are not limited to, limiting sound amplification outdoors, over occupying parking areas, over occupying rental property, and failing to follow your agreement with the Host. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 9:00PM-8:00AM and no outdoor music or noise is permitted during those times. Parking is not permitted on the streets at any time. There are no parties allowed at this property.
