The oversized private balcony with lounge seating and a dining table for four is where mornings start slowly and evenings end well. From December through March, humpback whales regularly breach in the Bay and can be seen easily from the apartment.

The Romantic Zone, Centro, and 5 de Diciembre neighborhoods are all within walking distance, most places 5-25 minutes on foot. The hill up to the villa is moderate; Ubers and taxis are plentiful and very affordable if you prefer. Local buses run along the main roads below for just 10 pesos.
