CHECK-IN- is at 4 PM. Upon arrival, you will be able to access the home with a keyless secure door code that you receive the day of check-in; no need for an in-person key exchange.
**you may request an early check in for 3pm for an additional $50 dollar fee. If you need extra time before your check in please consider additionally booking the previous night if possible to ensure you will have the time you need for your trip. **

CHECK-OUT is promptly at 11am the day you are reserved to leave. We DO NOT offer LATE CHECK-OUT as our cleaning staff will be arriving to clean the property for the next guest promptly at 11am.

FOR YOUR SAFETY - We take additional actions to protect our guests during this time. We completely disinfect the house including the appliances' surface, furniture's surface, faucets, toilet, smart lock screen, door holders, remote controls & more after each guest check out.

ESSENTIALS: You can expect all comforts of home, including coffee, creamer, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, soaps, paper products, extra pillows, blankets, and linens plus more.

KITCHEN: includes a dishwasher and comes fully stocked with kitchenware, a microwave, and more. It is equipped with cooking basics, a toaster, blender, kettles, and dish ware for all your cooking needs.

LAUNDRY: For added convenience, this unit includes new in-unit laundry, and we provide detergent with dryer sheets.

GUIDEBOOK: There are specific instructions in our guidebook with details of favorite local spots and recommendations. All the information is right at your fingertips!

INTERNET: High-Speed WiFi throughout our home allows you to connect your personal devices or log in to your personal streaming services on the smart TV.

BEDROOMS: All of the bedrooms come with Capri Comfortable Sleep Hybrid Pocket Spring mattresses, Bamboo Cooling Bed pillows, Beckham Hotel pillows, and Utopia Microfiber fitted sheets for extra comfort. Each room includes white noise sound machines for better quality sleep. Bath and hand towels are made out of white cotton.

ROOMS: 1st bedroom includes (2) twin-sized beds. The 2nd bedroom includes (1) queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom includes (1) double-sized bed. The 4th bedroom is on the main floor with a half bathroom in the room and includes (1) queen-sized bed.

BATHROOMS: This home includes one full bathroom on the top floor and two half bathrooms on the main floor.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard with Barbecue Grill + Propane tank included. We also have a fire pit with plastic chairs for outdoor bonfires.

PARKING: 2 free spaces available in the driveway plus free street parking on the side streets.

FAQ: There is one step to get into the property and a flight of stairs to get to 3 of the bedrooms and a full bathroom. The laundry is located down a flight of stairs in the basement. There is one bedroom and 2 half bathrooms on the main floor.

PETS: Pets are allowed on our property. However, any damages incurred from your pet will result in additional fees. Please take additional care to clean up after your pet including hair and waste. Dispose of waste in the trash bin located on the side of the property. 2 pets allowed MAX. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, but if you are unable to follow this rule, please cover with sheets or towels provided. If an accident occurs, use the cleaner provided. Do not leave your pet unattended for long periods of time, indoor or outdoor. Your pet should not produce excessive noise that will disturb the neighbors.
