Stone fireplace in the living room with beamed ceilings. Music room with TV and grand piano (available if desired otherwise will be covered), Dining room has french doors leading to a small backyard with patio, table and grill. Large front porch with swing and chairs leading to mudroom for coats, etc. Kitchen bright with cherry cabinets, honed granite, small bar and industrial style hood. Also one bedroom downstairs off the dining room. Both bedrooms come with Queen beds. Upstairs bedroom connects to large, sunny bathroom with skylight. Large closets in both bedrooms. Study upstairs possible for summer rentals. House located in the private Lovett Field section (borders on Willard Beach) which includes a private beach for residents and guests, access to clay tennis courts, and mooring is possible to arrange for summer long rental. Depending on tides, August or July includes a lobster bake on the beach. Neighborhood is gay friendly. Dog is ok but absolutely no smoking.
