The first floor features an open layout with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has vaulted ceiling, fireplace, media center, sectional seating, and a second-floor balcony loft overlook. The Dining Area has a sunny nook with three sides of glass windows that look out over the pool and backyard. The open Chef Kitchen has a large center prep island/breakfast bar, commercial stainless appliances, and marble counters. The home has been decorated with stylish furnishing throughout.
All the Bedrooms have en suite baths with marble vanities. The deluxe Primary Bedroom, plus a second Bedroom Suite are on the first floor. The two other Bedrooms are upstairs. There is a Sonos Sound System in the Kitchen, Dining, and Living Areas.
The outdoor space is centered around the 36-by-18-foot pool with its stone patio.
