THE POOL MAY BE HEATED AT GUEST'S PREFERENCE BUT SHOULD NOT EXCEED 85 DEGRESS. IF POOL HEATER IS SET ABOVE 85 DEGRESS ("LIMIT") THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $100 PER DAY FOR EACH DAY DURING WHICH THE POOL HEATER IS SET ABOVE THE LIMIT.
HOT TUB DURING MONTHS OF NOVEMBER THROUGH MARCH FOR ADDITIONAL FEE OF $80/day of stay.
BEACH GEAR
Beach chairs and gear available upon request provided guests are responsible for cleaning and returning to garage storage hooks.
Furniture in the home cannot be relocated. If any items are found out of place, there will be an additional moving fee to move to original location.
