The ultimate Breckenridge vacation getaway sleeps 6(plus have air mattress for 7)with true ski in/ski out access. Located at the base of Peak 7, steps away from the Independence 6 person chair high speed lift. Step out the front door and the Breck-Connect gondola will take you on a short ride to Peak 8 or all the way to the beautiful town of Breckenridge (this is a free service). Convenience is a promise here.
The condo is 1260 square feet, on the top floor with high vaulted ceilings. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 large baths, a full kitchen with all appliances, a washer and dryer and all the comforts of home. Spectacular views from the every room and a deck with views of the continental divide.
This property requires extra lodging taxes of 3.27% which will be paid directly to owner which will be calculated on each rental agreement
Rental includes: Heated garage parking, 1 private ski locker, ski rental and lift tickets available on site, just downstairs from the condo. Gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD player, free wifi, pull out sofa in the living room.
