Step into your 6 bedroom, 5 bath dream beach escape! As you enter this coastal retreat, the first floor welcomes you with a bright game room, a convenient kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer to make long stays easy. You’ll also find a spacious bedroom featuring two queen-over-queen bunk beds — perfect for families or a fun sleepover vibe after a day at the beach.
Make your way up to the second floor, where the home opens up into a beautiful, airy layout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for coastal feasts, while the relaxed living room invites everyone to gather, unwind, and share stories from the day. The dining area has two massive dining tables that provides plenty of room for family meals and laughter. This floor also includes two serene bedrooms with king beds and two full baths each designed for ultimate comfort.
On the third floor, you’ll find more inviting spaces, there is another full den & kitchenette - Along with three bedrooms, the 1st bedroom has two sets of full-over-queen bunk beds, a 2nd bedroom with a king bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a cozy queen bed. There are 2 complete baths and an additional washer and dryer on this level.
Step out on any of the three balconies with seating for the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, listen to the waves, and feel the salty breeze.
Outside, soak up the sun by your private pool (pool can be heated for $100/day if desired) or grab the beach chairs and toys provided and head straight to the sand. The beach is less than 1/4 mile and the subdivision has a boardwalk for easy access to the beach.
