Puerto’s Centro and mercado, Rinconada’s restaurants and shops, and more beaches are all within a 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride.
Getting Around:
You can rent a car (Mexican insurance is required), take a taxi anywhere in town (usually around 50 pesos), or use a colectivo (shared trucks that function like buses, typically around 7 pesos depending on distance). The area is also very walkable.

Please note that La Escondida is a high-end residential community that does not allow parties or gatherings with loud music. Quiet hours must be respected at all times.
