Welcome to “LA CASA LAS PALMAS”. A mid lux property .We’re on the FLAT part of Vallarta . NO HILLS. . 3 1/2 blocks from beach . 9 min walk .The house has 6 smart TV’s . 1 KING bed per bedroom. Privacy /comfort is our goal. We have 3 sleeper sofas for kids on the 2nd floor living room & 1 king sleeper sofa suitable for adults on the 1st floor living room.
1st floor ( 3 bedrooms ) HAS ITS OWN STREET ENTRANCE FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE HOUSE. NO INTERIOR ACCESS for more privacy.
This 5,000 sq ft home was created to have large groups of family / friends enjoy together . Our posted nightly fee covers up to 14 people, however, It is possible to add up to TWO additional people ( 16 people in total ) there may be an additional fee
The house has a very unique architecture that is reminiscent of a Disney princess castle. It is very roomy for large parties with plenty of areas to grab some alone time.. We boast 5,000 square feet with 3 & 1/4 floors .
We have 7 Guest rooms all with king beds and attached full bathrooms . TWO fully equipped large. kitchens . TWO more formal dining areas as well as outdoor dining on the garden terrace level.
* There are 3 sleeper sofas on 2nd fl for younger kids
* 1 King sleeper sofa on the 1st floor living room for adults comfort
* The FIRST FLOOR has it’s own on street entrance with no interior entrance . Perfect for older family members who desire a bit more quiet, privacy and who don’t want any stairs .
* 1st fl middle bedroom has its own small interior patio with plush seating
* The house’s SECOND FLOOR is nearly identical but for the interior patio .
* Both the 1st & 2nd floors , each have 3 Guest rooms with the 7th being on
the Garden Terrace Rooftop .
* The Rooftop offers our wonderful resort like setting with amazing views
and our DIPPING POOL ( holds 7 people comfortably) . a Large BBQ Grill , a mini
fridge. Bar area and quite comfortable tables and seating to eat Al Frisco .
There is also a pool bathroom .
* The LOVERS suite is just off the dining area
* We also have a Fantastic Gazebo Tower above it all with views forever !

When you reserve the whole house you have access To ALL house areas , With the exception of linen closets or any cabinets /containers you might find locked / SECURED during your stay
Should your stay be a length of time where you need fresh laundry , the washers and dryers are there for your use
Additional house cleaning / maid service , is available if desired at a fee . Ask our house manager about this service
YOU have access to our concierge, Santana. He can get you GOOD DEALS on sightseeing, water excursions, nightclubs, and make dinner reservations.
I am available whenever you need me .. open to having a beer with my guests and even showing you around town if you like . The guests I have spent time with , I really enjoyed meeting and we all had a blast together ... it’s up to you
*The Soriana supermarket is 1 1/2 blocks from the house . It has EVERYTHING .
*The house is a 15 min walk to the public beach
* Across the street , directly in front of the house is a fantastic bakery .
* The house is 1 block from the bus stop that services most of Puerto Vallarta. It runs NORTH to the airport and 3 major shopping malls , and the Marina , the huge resort hotels and Cruise Ships **** to the SOUTH it takes you to the center of town , the Malecon and the world famous Zona Romantica . The cost per ride is 10 pesos person … 50 cents US
Cabs and Uber’s are plentiful . $5.00 usd will get you almost anywhere in PV with Uber The bus system is very efficient here every 60 seconds a bus comes for 10 pesos. There is also plenty of free street parking here
The house is wired for wifi at 600 mbps for all your internet needs .
**. Please keep in mind that the use of AIR CONDITIONERS is VERY expensive in Puerto Vallarta .
We just ask you to use the AC when you are actually in the room . The wall units are very efficient. The rooms cool down quite quickly. Please never keep the AC on while out of the house .
Our ceiling fans are Top of the line and do a great job of cooling the room down quickly .
**. Smoking IS permitted but ONLY outside on the terrace level. Not in the Gazebo please
**. WE HAVE ONLY ONE HOUSE RULE : We ask that only the number of registered guests staying under your reservation be in the house . No NON GUEST persons please . It’s a security & safety issue. We want to keep our guests safe. WE DO NOT HOST People who live in Puerto Vallarta or the Bay area .
** WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS , OFF OR ON PROPERTY . ** We advise you use the safe deposit box located on the 1st & 2nd floors to store your precious things and documents.
** We also strongly suggest acquiring some form of travel / vacation insurance to cover the costs of your stay should something unforeseen happen and you need to cancel your reservation as we have a strict cancelation policy in place .
7. At Check Out ..... We kindly ask that because we are in the Tropics, that Guests leave the sinks and kitchen counters free of open foods , and dirty dishes .
** We ask that you kindly walk the kitchen & rooftop GARBAGE to the curb that Santana showed you when you arrived .
** No need to strip your beds . We will do it .
