The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, including the detached casita. The bedrooms flow out to the gorgeous exterior via the French doors which open onto private patios. The property has been extensively renovated and is decorated with a Palm Springs metro modern vibe! The open plan kitchen features an enormous center island made of quartz. High end stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and a huge farmhouse sink will delight the most discerning chef. The dining and living area flow seamlessly from the kitchen and are accentuated by 2 fireplaces framed with stacked brick. Vaulted ceilings and French doors add to the already spacious living areas. Each bedroom in the main house has direct patio access via French doors and its own private bathroom. You will not want to leave Villa Amelita!!
