The Space: ***Dear guests: we would like you to know that at no extra cost to you, we have taken precautionary measures to ensure your safety in our homes. We take your health and the safety of our team very seriously and have put in extra processes to ensure our homes are disinfected prior to each visit. Our teams are monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and federal, state and local agencies to help ensure the actions we're taking are in line with the latest CDC recommendations and guidance. We are communicating regularly with our team to keep them informed and to ensure their safety and that of our guests. Your safety and enjoyment in our homes is our #1 priority. Thank you so much for trusting us!*** What a home this is! With 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, there is plenty of room for each guest to feel at home. Located in Scottsdale, there is something to do no matter what direction you decide to head! Scottsdale is the home of events like Barrett-Jackson, The Phoenix Open, and The Arabian Horse Show. There are also golf courses galore, casinos, shopping, and art galleries. If you're the outdoorsy type, try out one of the hiking/biking trails or challenge yourself to make it to the top of Camelback Mountain. Trust me, the view is worth it! Delcoa Retreat has a fully equipped kitchen with place settings for 16 guests. There is a toaster and coffee maker to get your day started with a healthy breakfast, and plenty of cookware to make a home cooked meal for dinner. The living area seats 10 guests and has a 50" flat screen TV with cable. Wireless internet is also provided throughout our home. **BED CONFIGURATION** The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 48" flat screen TV. The master bath has dual standing showers and a tub for a relaxing soak. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have king beds and 48" flat screen TVs. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and a 43" flat screen TV. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, but no TV. Bedroom 6 has a king sized bed and bunk beds. This room has a 43" flat screen TV. The second bathroom is a full bath with a standing shower. The third bathroom is also a full bath. Please note, all of the bathrooms in the house are located on one side of the house - depending on which bedroom you use, you will have to walk through the living room to access the bathrooms. **OUTSIDE SPACE** After you are done exploring Scottsdale, come back home and relax in the spacious backyard. There is a gas grill for cooking up your BBQ favorites. Gather friends and family around to enjoy one of our beautiful Arizona sunsets. There is plenty of room at this property for the whole family. **MY FAVORITE THINGS TO DO NEARBY** Breweries: Arizona is known for its brews, so while you’re here, make sure you don’t miss out! Some of our favorites include State 48 Lager House, OHSO Brewery, Fate, and Loco Brewery! Restaurants: If you'd like to sample some of the tasty fare available in town, Maestro's Ocean Club and Sapporo are just a short drive away. Should any accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $3000. We understand accidents happen so we've got your back! For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras. We hope to see you soon! Guest Access: You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door. The Neighborhood: Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are easily available 24/7 Other Things to Note: — IMPORTANT: please read and agree to all house rules. — We would prefer no pets at our home. If you choose to bring one, there is a $100 sanitation fee. We must remove all pet dander that could cause allergic reactions to others. — Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. Interaction with Guests: We're available 24/7, and have contractors on call 24/7 to handle any issues.
