Positive: The staff was very nice, especially the young lady who checked me in. The lady who was about to clean the room when I left was also very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and large with nice soaps and lotions.

Negative: The problem with the heat! I pushed Heat, High and every button that looked as if it might help. Heat would blow out of the vent near the windows for about 45 seconds and then stop. Most of the time, the heater was essentially an air conditioner blowing out freezing cold air and I wore heavy sweater and my jackets into bed. Also, there was a terrible snowstorm last weekend and when I arrived, the steep uphill driveway to the Sheraton lobby was completely iced over. Halfway up, the cab driver was all set to leave me stranded on the icy driveway with my luggage because he was having so much trouble getting the car to keep running on that steep incline. The staff member who checked me in (and she was lovely) told me that the city usually ploughs their driveway but hadn't done it that day, a Saturday, because the factory next to the hotel was closed. I had the same trouble taking a Lyft into Needham; the Lyft couldn't get up the steep, winding driveway. Shouldn't it have been the responsibility of the Sheraton to hire a private company to clear its driveway if the city wasn't doing it? Aren't they responsible for making sure their guests can safely access the hotel? Finally, I'll mention this but it's not something that bothered me terribly: the room had absolutely no character. Not a single picture or anything decorative - just white walls and a white ceiling that looked like it was made of cement. I was there just to have a place to sleep that night but it seemed strange that unlike most hotels, decor apparently didn't matter.

Summary: Comfortable and friendly staff but serious problems with the heat and the icy driveway.
