Ski to Condo, walk to Gondola and steps to town! Ski Hill Condo is the perfect location for in winter & summer! Located one block from Main Street Breckenridge and we are steps away from the Gondola. The Four O'Clock ski run ends steps away from our property. This one bedroom + loft sleeps up to 6 comfortably (Changed from 8 to 6 per Local Laws due to CoVid restrictions)! All living room furniture is new this season! A his and her recliner, a new sleeper sofa and love seat makes our home your home! We added a new larger 44” Sony wall mounted LCD TV for your relaxation and pleasure. We have full size bunk beds that sleep 4 were added. New linens and comforters have been added as well. Ski in for lunch and warm up by the fireplace! Ski/In luxury with panoramic views of the mountains and town. The outdoor hot tub is steps from our front door just below and to the right of our unit. The swimming pool is open in the summer only. Enjoy breathtaking views of downtown Breckenridge from every room. Wireless Internet is available to all guests. Parking is located under the Condo and free shuttle pick-up right outside your door, Ski Hill Condo has everything you need to make your next Mountain Vacation one to remember.
This perfectly located mountain condo includes; Vaulted ceilings, panoramic mountain and downtown views, two televisions; (two flat screen), DVD, cable, wireless internet, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, community grill, shared laundry facilities, 90% covered parking, (2) outside hot tubs, and (1) pool (summer only).
Once you arrive you will find you won't need to drive!
******We are required to limit our home to six (6) persons for reservations due to Health Dept and local ordinances, even though our home sleeps 8. This is our home and we do not rent to groups. Our home is perfect for 5 people or less. Read our reviews! Families, couples and retirees only. This is not a business and we only rent for a certain number of weeks, but we are happy to share our home if you meet the above requirements. Exceptions will be considered, case by case. Please contact me prior to booking if you have any questions.
The on site manager lives on the floor below us and there are security cameras at all entrances. Please do not rent from us if you are a group.
