Beautifully remodeled centrally-located condo at the historic Shadow Mountain Resort and Tennis Club. The entire condo has been completely renovated with new flooring, counters, paint, tile, West Elm furniture and LG appliances. Overlooking the golf course and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, the best part of this condo is its prime location. In just a short 10 minute walk you'll find yourself on El Paseo enjoying a plethora of restaurants, shopping and art. Each bedroom has king size beds with 65 inch tvs equipped with Netflix and Hulu. The guest pool is steps away from the front door. The condo is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your trip. Make sure to walk to El Paseo for some fantastic dining and shopping. A short drive to the living desert zoo! Guests will have access to the condo with the electric keypad. Gate code will be provided to enter Shadow Mountain Complex. Guests can use the pools and hot tub spread out throughout the complex. Guests are not allowed to use the large figure 8 pool. That is for owners only. Book tennis lessons and clinics through the tennis pro shop. Feel free to visit the Delish Cafe on-site for food and drinks. Owner will not be there to interact with guests. We are a text message or call away from any questions you may have. We also have a handyman and cleaning person on call if you run into any issues. Located in the gated Historic Community of Shadow Mountain Resort. 10 minute walk to El Paseo and some of the best nightlife, restaurants and shopping in all of the desert. Large parking lot.
