• Kitchen use is limited: suite guests may use the microwave, refrigerator, and butler’s pantry. The main kitchen and stove are off-limits when the house is operating as a shared hotel.
• Laundry is not available for suite guests (exceptions may be made only in special circumstances).
• Parking is first-come, first-serve; overflow parking can be found on surrounding streets.
• The first floor is a shared common area for all guests staying in the house.
