The large windows in this 312sq ft tiny home gives and open and bright feel and everywhere you look there's an inspiring view. Designed with your comfort in mind, this tiny home has everything you need for a luxurious and affordable woodland escape.
NO SMOKING:

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes is prohibited inside Timberroot properties.

Not only does smoking leave behind unwelcome odor and residue, but it can be extremely dangerous in a 100% wooden home. You may smoke/vape outside on the deck. However, please ensure that windows and doors are closed so that the smoke/vapor does not enter the building.

Cigarette butts should be fully extinguished and disposed of properly in exterior trash receptacles. Any evidence of smoking/vaping or smoke/vapor damage or odor inside the property or cigarette damage/debris on the exterior of the property during your stay will result in a $150 fine, due to non-compliance with our stated policies.

PESTS:

We take great care to ensure our properties are free from pests. Our properties are regularly treated by professional pest control and our staff takes preventative measures to keep pests out.

However, as our properties are located in wooded areas, it is possible for guests to encounter insects and/or small woodland creatures like mice. If you encounter an unwelcome pest inside your lodging, please contact our Guest Services team immediately so our grounds team can address the problem as quickly as possible. We ask that guests help us prevent pests by keeping doors and window screens closed and maintaining proper cleanliness during their stay.

By booking with us, you accept that encountering insects and woodland creatures is a possibility and that no refunds will be issued for such instances.
All of our tiny homes are equipped with either keyless entry systems or a lock box that make check-in and check-out a fully automated process. Full instructions will be provided prior to your check-in date.

You’ll have your tiny home all to yourself during your stay. There is a shared fire pit and gazebo on the property that is a first come first serve space for our guests so please be considerate of your neighbors. There is enough parking for 2 vehicles.
Let's start with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. You'll find a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, 24" fridge, and a compact toaster oven. Additionally, a Keurig machine with a variety of K-cups is provided, making your morning coffee a breeze.

Moving on to the sleeping arrangements, the ground floor boasts a spacious master sleeping area with a luxurious king-sized bed. Wake up to stunning views of Sequatchie Valley, thanks to the large window at the bed's foot. If you need extra sleeping options, a snug queen bed is tucked away in a loft above the kitchen, complete with a sound machine for a peaceful night's sleep.

If you are traveling through Whitwell, TN to get here, Google Maps will try to send you up Big Fork Road. Please DO NOT use this route as it is a logging road and can be quite dangerous. You must use Condra Switch Road to come up Signal Mountain. If you have any questions please feel free to call guest services at (423) 251-5287.

To make the most of your stay, we recommend a car to get around. Each of our tiny homes can accommodate two cars. Four-wheel drive is not required to get into Mountain's Ledge but please note there is a steep paved-drive incline on the way in and to get back out of Mountain's Ledge.

UBER and Lyft are available throughout the Chattanooga area, in addition to a number of local taxi services but it is very limited on Signal Mountain. Please note that availability may be extremely limited during peak times.

The city of Chattanooga offers reasonably priced parking on the street and in several public parking lots.
A free electric shuttle bus runs between the Chattanooga Choo Choo and the Tennessee Aquarium with stops at every block. The buses run every 15 minutes, Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 10 pm, Saturday from 9:30 am to 11 pm, and Sunday from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm. Bus schedules may vary, please consult the Chattanooga Area Regional Transit Authority website for the most up to date schedules.
