This bright home is located just 1.5 miles from the South Shore town beach parking, which is directly adjacent to the pristine Goosewing Beach Preserve. The Preserve has been rated by Coastal Living and Town & Country magazines as one of Rhode Island's most beautiful beach destinations. The house is situated 1.3 miles away from the quaint Commons town center. There you can find a general store, pizza restaurant, town playground and public tennis courts. Little Compton is truly a great coastal location for a classic New England summer getaway!
There is high speed Wi-Fi with excellent connectivity throughout the house. In a separate sitting room, there is a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix access provided.
The lot is over 3 acres in size, guaranteeing rural privacy and tranquility. A bit over half of the lot is maintained as a grass lawn. The back lawn offers plenty of space for playing frisbee or a summer game of Wiffle ball. Four bikes with helmets are for use by tenants. There is also a Lifecycle stationary exercise bike available if you want to start the day with a cardio workout. For recreational fun, there is table tennis and a foosball table in the garage (note: the air hockey table shown in a couple of the garage photos broke and is no longer available for use).
Additional recreational gear for use by renters includes: tennis rackets, bodyboards beach chairs and parasol. There is an additional folding picnic table with attached benches stored in the garage, for use on the lawn.
