★ QUIET HOURS / NO PARTIES ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 9 PM – 8 AM (city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.
★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ★
Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times are set to ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest.
If you need earlier access or a later departure, the best way to guarantee additional time is to book an extra night before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.
★ 🐾 DOG FEE ★
$250 non-refundable fee (this does not cover extra cleaning, inside or out, after your pet).
1 dog per booking.

Parking & Vehicles
- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in **trip fees**.

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.
Maintenance
