It is all about location. This entirely new renovated home is perfect for fishermen, vacationers and traveling business men and women. Most anything you could need is provided from linins, pillows and towels to cooking ware, gas grill, charcoal grill and fire pit. In addition, all new appliances, washer and dryer, AC and more are brand new. With all ceramic tile flooring, a fenced in back yard and screened front and back porches you are certain to be bug free and comfortable day and night. There is a fish cleaning station with a hose and stainless table in the back yard. There is an empty lot to use for over parking and trainers if needed. There are two functional and in good shape bicycles for use. You can walk to Three Sisters springs in under 10 min. The grocery store is one block away. There are four boat ramps within 4 boar ramps within 5 minutes of the house and two more within 12 min of the house. Downtown is a short bike ride. No ANIMALS and we are super proud of our cleaning service.
