Coastal cottage sits one block from the ocean and a short walk from the community center where there are tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts available for a day charge, as well as a small playground for the kids. With a newly remodeled kitchen, complete with a microwave and dishwasher, and an updated half bath, this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath getaway is the perfect spot to stay in by the fireplace, or walk down to the ocean to catch the gorgeous sunset.
Please note that the half bath and laundry area are located in a separate room with a door just before you enter the kitchen.
This bright summer cottage has parking space for 4 vehicles and an open floor plan comfortably accommodating 6 people in the upstairs bedrooms and additional sleeping space for 2 people on the first floor. With a newly remodeled kitchen, complete with a microwave and dishwasher, and an updated full bath upstairs, this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath getaway is the perfect spot to stay in by the fireplace or walk down to the ocean to catch the gorgeous sunset. There is a lovely 3/4 covered and wrapped porch with a propane grill and chairs to lounge in for outdoor dining and a nice backyard to play lawn games and enjoy the sunshine.
Located 7 miles from town and on the coast of one of Boothbay Harbor’s most iconic coastal points, Ocean Point provides a beautiful escape for those looking for the quintessential Maine experience.
Houses are fairly close to each other as this is a Summer vacation spot. People are very friendly and welcoming. You are a quick walk to the rocky beach with amazing views. A short walk or drive to The Ocean Point Inn for dinner as well.
IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.
Dogs are allowed with prior approval and are subject to an additional $200 non-refundable pet fee.
