Located in a quiet, walkable and shaded neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Perfect for guests looking for a quiet haven in the middle of the city.
The largest bedroom has 2 small walk-in closets, a workspace and a mini crib available upon request.
The smaller bedroom also has a small walk-in closet and a dresser. It has a view of the backyard.
The bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. It has little room for storing toiletries, so most of them might have to be stored in the bedrooms.
The living room and kitchen are spacious and fully functional, with plenty of sitting space, including a high chair available upon request.
There is a back room that is shared between an office space and a laundry area hidden behind a curtain. Next to the laundry area is additional storage with linens and towels.
The backyard has a beautiful sitting area that is peaceful. It is equipped with a powerful fan for extra warm days. A mosquito zapper has been installed in the area for extra comfort.
