Separate entry to guest house with a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, 3/4 bath , plus the lovely 'summer living room' (screened porch with camel-back sofa, Sheraton Chairs, dining table & 4 chairs… only idiot designers do stuff like that!)
NO kitchen facilities... but delightful eateries are 1/3 mile away in the village.
Overlooking the owner’s private decks and formal gardens with reflecting pool & fountain, this location (just off of Wianno Avenue) is a convenient 1/2 mile to both our most charming village with great shops & dining.
It is a 10/15 minute walk to 2 beaches: Dowses or 'Baby Beach' at the end of Wianno Avenue
Since there are no offerings in Osterville in the way of a B&B or short term accommodations, other than the private Wianno Club, I hope this will be a special offering and wonderful memory for you.
Please note that there are NO KITCHEN facilities …however lovely shops & dining/ take-outs are very nearby, including Dunkin' Doughnuts!
There is a small coffee maker , so bring your favorite coffee and enjoy the summer LR in the morning!
