The home is located one block north of University Village and within walking distance of Husky Stadium, light rail, and University of Washington. Bedrooms and main bath are located on the 1st floor. There is a custom garage door on the 2nd Floor open concept living and dining area. Spiral Staircase to a loft and a beautiful view of Mount Rainier! We built this house in 2011 and just completed a major renovation in early 2023.
